Constellation 2026

This project is great for beginners as you can sew together with us.  I will share with you traditional piecing techniques with our regular tools as well as techniques with my favourite tools, which make our quilting journey less stressful and more fun – units are oversized and then we square up, we don’t have to try so hard to be perfect but we will look perfect at the end of the day. I told one husband once: you can build a house with a hammer and handsaw but it is much easier with power tools – these rulers are our power tools.  This will also be great for our more experienced quilters, there may be some techniques you are not familiar with and besides, it’s always nice to sew a new project. And bonus, the pattern is an original by Tiffany so you won't find it anywhere else.

We will meet each Monday @ 1:00 pm on YouTube in February & March (except Family Day), and all the videos will stay up on YouTube for you to watch as many times as you like.  Each week I will demonstrate how to make the units, how to assemble the blocks, or how to assemble the final quilt depending on where we are in the project.

Also, we have a Cindy Bee’s Sew Along 2026 Facebook group where we will share our progress and you can ask questions, someone will probably have an answer for you if I’m not available -  quilters love to share our knowledge.
Please remember, we are just a little Northern Ontario quilt shop.  No fancy equipment or video studio, no professional videographer.  Just Tiff and I welcoming you into our classroom via Facebook and YouTube. We are not perfect, but we try our best.
